welcome home

What if we lived on a world where every one of us had access to take care of our emotions and mental well-being?

I believe so strongly in the healing power of this practice, so I find ways to include it in my lifestyle with a full-time day job.

While yoga is not a replacement for professional medical care, it can be a powerful addition to your spiritual practice and can help cultivate overall health.

My Story

My first experience with yoga was in my kindergarten classroom. My school had a certified instructor lead a fun, kid-friendly exercise that made me believe I can do yoga anytime, anywhere.

Later during my teenage years, yoga became an integral part of my life. At times, it was difficult to access mental health resources and yoga became part of a solid self-care routine.

Reviews From My Students

"I would describe your teaching style as very intentional and thoughtful. Each and every cue is well-worded and easy to follow, and also to VISUALIZE which I find helps me so much. Your teaching feels so genuine - as a student I really felt how much thought went in to preparing the flow, especially the transitions. It was a great balance of that "feel-good yoga" and also a challenge. I really enjoyed practicing with you and I can't wait to take more classes in the future :)"

"Having spent six months in yoga teacher training with Rachel I had the honor to watch her blossom into the teacher she is today! Being trained in traditional Hatha Yoga has allowed her to share the true gift of yoga in her own unique and beautiful way!"

Tree of Life Yogi
"I think my favorite part of Rachel's class is the centering, she helps you to quiet your mind and settle into your body, and find your rhythm, so as you flow through her class you are focused and connected to your body, mind and breath which makes you feel each posture and its benefit. Rachel has an innate ability to connect with people, she encourages and supports your practice, which makes you feel comfortable and empowered to make your practice your own."
